User profile
From the user profile, you can edit and validate your data. Specifically, you can change your username and password, add your home address and phone number, note your dietary preferences and change the interface language. To increase security, two-factor authentication can be activated on the profile page.
To open the user profile page through your browser, click on the Profile icon.
You can manage your profile in the eKool application by clicking on the Account icon -> Manage profile.
Profile management
In profile management, you can edit, add and approve:
- Profile image
- Personal details
- Email address or username.
- Phone number
- Dietary preferences
- Interface language

Password & Security
In the Password & Security section, you can change your password, enable two-factor authentication through the authentication app, add a security key to your account, and connect your other accounts to eSchool to use other ways to log in.

Notifications
Users can manage their notifications from their web browser or phone account settings. For more details on which notifications can be viewed in the article - "Account notifications".
Sessions
Users can track their active sessions on other devices through the eKool web browser. This gives the option to end sessions if the user has forgotten to log out of their account.

Account deletion
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. In particular, deletion is possible, for example, if the eKooll or the School no longer needs the user's personal data for legitimate purposes or if the eKool processes the user's personal data on the basis of consent and the user has withdrawn his or her consent or if the user's data has been processed unlawfully. All personal data of the User will be kept in the eKool's information system until the User's account is closed.

Parent events
When a school adds a new school event, it is immediately reflected in the eKool news feed on both your computer and your phone. When a new event is added, it is no longer added to the Events and staff absences section of the school page. You can now view events by clicking on the View school events button on the school page and from the newsfeed in your eKool app or from the Parent events.
