I can't see my child's/my own study information in eKool?

I created an account on eKool, but I cannot see my study information. The eKool app does not allow me to log in, saying that my role is missing.

Answer

Send a request to the school to view your study information and wait for the school to confirm it.

I have a user account registered in eKool and the school has confirmed my request (25.08), but I still cannot see my child's/my own study information. I also cannot log in to the eKool app because I get an error message saying that I have no role selected.

Answer

The school year is changing and the new school year has not yet started. Please wait until September 1, when your role as a parent and your child's role as a student will be activated.
