Troubleshooting Mobile App Crashes

Restart your device

A simple restart can fix temporary glitches.

1. Hold the Power button
2. Tap Restart or Reboot

Update the app

Make sure you have the latest version of the eKool app:

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Search for eKool
3. Tap Update, if available

Clear the app cache

1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> eKool
2. Tap Storage
3. Tap Clear Cache

Check for Android system updates

An outdated operating system may cause compatibility issues.

1. Go to Settings -> System -> System update
2. Install any available updates.

Reinstall the app

If the problem persists:

1. Uninstall the eKool app
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store

If crashes continue, contact our support team on contact.ekool.eu with the following information:

• Your device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy A52)
• Android version
• App version
• Description of when the crash occurs and steps you did before crash happened

2. Slide to power off
3. Turn your device back on after a few seconds

2. Tap your profile icon
3. Scroll to find eKool and tap Update, if available

1. Go to Settings -> General -> Software update

Reinstall the app

If the problem persists:

1. Tap and hold the eKool app icon
2. Select Remove App -> Delete App
3. Reinstall it from the App Store
