Subscription to Family Premium

There are three ways to subscribe to a family Package: via a web browser through the eKool system, or by using your eKool app (Android and Apple).

Web

To subscribe to a Family Premium through the eKool system, you must first navigate to the Family Premium page.

 

  • Choose your preferred package (annual or monthly)
  • Click Choose Plan button
  • You will be redirected to the Stripe window
  • Enter your payment card details.
  • You can add your phone number to make Link payments in the future easier and quicker (optional).
  • After adding the details, confirm the purchase by pressing the Pay and order button.
  • If the given card has not been used in the eKool system before, a window will open where you will need to confirm your card details.
  • Once you have paid, you will be taken back to the Family Premium page and the subscription you have purchased will be displayed.

Family Premium purchased through eKool (via a web browser) will also work in the eKool application, i.e. the subscription only needs to be submitted once.

Good to know!

When the subscription period for a Family Premium expires, the family plan is automatically renewed.

 

 

 
 

Android

To subscribe to your Family Premium through your Android device, open the eKool app.

  • Navigate to your account page and click the Get Family Premium button
  • A new window opens where you can choose your preferred package (monthly or annual).
  • Select a package and click Start Premium to proceed.
  • Google Play will let you choose a payment method or ask you to add one. To place an order, press the Order button.
  • eKool indicates that the order has been completed

Family Premium has been ordered. You can check the success of your subscription by going to the Journal page, which is only available to Family Premium users.

Good to know!

When the Family Premium period expires, the plan is automatically renewed. If you do not wish to re-subscribe to a Family Premium, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the period

 
 
 

iOS

To subscribe to Family Premium through the Apple phone app, you must first open your Account.

  • On the account page, click the Get Family Premium button
  • Choose the most suitable package (annual or monthly)
  • Click on the Start Premium button
  • Confirm your order with the side button

You can check the success of your subscription by going to the Journal page, which is only available to Family Premium users. A Family Premium purchased through the eKool app will also work in the eKool online environment, so the subscription only needs to be submitted once.
