Account notifications

You can customize how you receive notifications from eKool to stay updated on important activities like new messages or system alerts.

Security notifications

Security notifications are mandatory and cannot be turned off. These include alerts about logins, account access, or other important system events.

They are sent to your verified email address or phone number (SMS) — make sure your contact details are up to date in Account & profile.

How to manage your notifications

  1. From top right open My Profile -> Notifications
  2. Under New messages, choose how often you want to receive updates

Managing Family Premium notifications

The settings for notification in Family Premium can be configured by each Family Premium member. The owner and members of the package can set their own email and push notifications.

Available notification types:

  1. From top right open My Profile -> Notifications
  2. Scroll to the Family Premium notifications section
  3. Use the checkboxes to turn notifications on or off for Email and Mobile app (where available)

Push notifications need to be allowed in your phone’s settings to appear on the lock screen.

Subscribing to the eKool newsletter

eKool sends out newsletters from time to time to share the latest information about updates, changes, and useful tips.

If you would like to receive notifications and news from eKool by email, then:

  1. Open My Profile and select the Notifications tab
  2. Find the Newsletter section
  3. Click on the Subscribe button

Unsubscribing from the eKool newsletter

There are two ways to unsubscribe from the newsletter:

  • Via the newsletter
    1. Open a newsletter sent by eKool
    2. Click on the link Unsubscribe at the bottom of the letter
    3. Confirm the cancellation of your subscription
  • From your profile page
    1. Open My Profile and select the Notifications tab
    2. Find the Newsletter section
    3. Click on the Unsubscribe button
