Incorrectly sent absence notice

A question frequently asked by parents is about incorrectly sent absence notes (sent to the wrong child, with incorrect dates, etc.). How can a note be withdrawn or deleted?

Answer

Once you have confirmed the note, it is immediately sent to the school, to the class teacher's eKool, and cannot be withdrawn or deleted. Please send a new, correct note immediately. The class teacher will reject the incorrect note. If they confirm it, the child will not receive any extra absences, as the subject teacher will mark the absence based on the students who are actually present in class.
