Two-Factor Authentication (Email or SMS)
When logging in to eKool, you’ll always be asked to enter a security code if your account has a verified email address. This is mandatory for all new users. The code and/or confirmation button will be sent via:
- Email, linked to your eKool account
- SMS, sent to the mobile number linked to your account
Entering the Code
- Log in to eKool using your username and password
- If two-factor authentication is required, choose a preferred authentication method:
- Email – the code and confirmation button will be sent to your email address
- SMS – the code will be sent to your phone
- Enter the six-digit code in the designated field or click the confirmation button in the message
- Click Confirm
Good to know!
The code is only valid for a short time. If it expires or you don’t receive it, click Send new code.
Trust this Device?
After entering the code, you may see the prompt: “Trust this device?”
If you select Trust this device, you won’t be asked for a code again when logging in on the same device for the next 30 days.
