Renaming Passkeys
Using Multiple Passkeys on Different Devices
You can register a Passkey on more than one device — for example, your phone, tablet, and work computer. This allows you to log in securely from whichever device is most convenient.
Each Passkey is shown under the Passkeys section in Password & Security, and you’ll see which platform it uses (e.g. Google Password Manager, Apple iCloud Keychain).
To help you manage your Passkeys:
You can rename your Passkeys
- Open from top right My Profile
- Go to Password & Security
- Under Passkeys, click the pencil icon next to the Passkey you want to rename
- Enter a new name (e.g. Work Laptop, iPhone, Tablet)
- Click Save Changes.
This makes it easier to identify your devices later — especially if you use eKool from multiple locations.
If a device is no longer in use, click Revoke to remove its Passkey - Removing Passkey from eKool.
