Good to know!
If you have enabled two-factor authentication using an application, eKool will suggest it as the default method. You can switch to a different login method if needed.

Logging in with username and password
If you choose to log in with a username and password, follow these steps:
- Enter your registered email address in the username field.
- Click the Continue button.
- Enter the password you set when creating the account.
- A two-factor authentication confirmation will be sent to your email. Learn more here: Two-Factor Authentication (Email or SMS).
- Open the confirmation email and approve the login.
- Return to the eKool page and choose whether to trust the device. If you select Trust this device, you won’t be asked for two-factor authentication on that device for the next 30 days.
Good to know!
After creating your account, you must send a request to the school to gain access to data. You can request access either:
- as a parent to your child’s data, or
- as a student to your own data.
Additional login options
You can link your eKool account with the following services:
- Microsoft
- Eliis
