Logging in with an Authenticator App
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, eKool will ask you to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after entering your username and password.
Login steps
- Log in to eKool with your username and password.
- A screen will appear prompting you to enter a code from your authenticator app.
- Open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) and find the 6-digit code under your eKool account.
- Enter the code and click Confirm.
Note: The code refreshes every 30 seconds – use the currently active one.

Trust this device?
After entering the code, eKool will offer you the option to Trust this device or Don’t trust.
- If you choose Trust this device, you won’t be asked for a code from this device for the next 30 days.
- If you choose Don’t trust, you’ll be asked for a code every time you log in.
Good to know!
Only trust personal devices. For public or shared devices, always choose Don’t trust.
Problems with logging in
If you’ve lost access to your authenticator app or changed your device::
- Use the recovery code you saved when setting up 2FA.
- If the recovery code is lost, contact eKool Support: contct.ekool.eu
Important: eKool Support cannot disable 2FA without additional identity verification.
