Turn off the authentication application
If you no longer want to use the authentication app, you can turn it off from your eKool account.
After removing the authentication app, you will need to use email or SMS for two-factor authentication.

- From the top right, select My Profile
- Open Password & Security -> Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Click the blue toggle to remove the authentication application (TOTP)
- Select the appropriate authentication method:
- Authentication application
- SMS
- Recovery code
- Click Confirm
