Options for the participant to manage the conversation
Each participant in the conversation has the rights to manage it in their own inbox. These are accessible via the icon i Conversation settings.
- Clear conversation: messages in the chat will be deleted, only for the user who selected clear. For other participants, the messages will remain
- Leave conversation: each participant can remove him/herself from the chat by selecting the user option.
- Delete conversation: each participant can delete the conversation for themselves.
- Mute conversation: disable notifications when new messages are added in this chat.
- Archive conversation: the conversation will be archived among the active conversations, only for the own user. The conversation can be found via the search filter, If new messages are added to the conversation, the conversation will not be changed back to active.
- Download conversation: a PDF-file is created from the conversation, a new page is opened in the browser and the conversation can be saved from there.
