Linking journal with Opiq

The eKool journal can be linked to the Opiqu environment to use Opiqu digital materials when planning and conducting lessons. The link is made in the teacher's view for each journal.

Conditions for linking a journal

Linking a journal to Opiq is only possible if:

• You have an Opiq account and valid access to learning materials
• You are the teacher of this journal in eKool
• The journal is linked to an active school year

Linking journal

1. Open the journal in eKool
2. At the end of the journal, click on the button Add files in the Show work plan/materials section

3. In the window that opens, click on Link with learning environment
4. Next to the Opiqu logo, click on the button Send

5. You will be asked for access data. To continue, click Allow

Selecting a study kit

1. In the new Opiqu window, select the appropriate learning set (e.g., based on class and subject).
2. Check the name of the journal and the associated class (student list).
3. Click Connect e-journal with Opiqu.
4. If necessary, select your Opiqu role
5. When confirming the link, the Opiqu journal settings page will open

Opening materials in the journal

After linking, the following will appear in the journal:

• A new button, Opiq, in the materials view.
• Clicking on it will take you directly to the Opiq environment.
