Connecting eKool Calendar to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar
You can subscribe to your eKool calendars – such as School Events or Staff Absences – and view them directly in your preferred calendar application. Once connected, your calendar updates automatically whenever new events are added in eKool.
What you need to know
- Each calendar in eKool has its own subscription link.
- The sync is one-way: information moves from eKool to your external calendar (no changes are written back to eKool).
- The sync link stays valid indefinitely unless you manually remove it from your calendar app.
- Supported calendars:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Apple Calendar
Good to know!
Synchronization between the eKool calendar and your personal calendar may take some time and does not happen instantly.
