How to allow pop-up windows?
If pop-ups are blocked in your web browser, you need to allow them on the eKool page to use Opiq.

Google Chrome blocks pop-ups automatically. When a pop-up is blocked, an icon appears in the address bar. You can allow pop-ups from there.
- Open Chrome.
- Click the … menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In the Privacy and security section, choose Site settings.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Change the setting to Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

Internet Explorer
- Open the Tools menu.
- Then select Pop-up Blocker.
- Choose Turn off Pop-up Blocker.
- Pop-ups can also be allowed by clicking the Allow once button when it appears at the bottom of the page.

Mozilla Firefox
- Open the Tools menu (or press the Alt key if the menu is not visible).
- Select Options.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Uncheck the box for Block pop-up windows.

Safari
- From the Safari menu in the top-left corner, select Block Pop-Up Windows.
- Another option: go to Safari –> Preferences –> Security and uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
