How to allow pop-up windows?

If pop-ups are blocked in your web browser, you need to allow them on the eKool page to use Opiq.

  • Google Chrome blocks pop-ups automatically. When a pop-up is blocked, an icon appears in the address bar. You can allow pop-ups from there.
    1. Open Chrome.
    2. Click the menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
    3. In the Privacy and security section, choose Site settings.
    4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
    5. Change the setting to Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
  • Internet Explorer
    1. Open the Tools menu.
    2. Then select Pop-up Blocker.
    3. Choose Turn off Pop-up Blocker.
    4. Pop-ups can also be allowed by clicking the Allow once button when it appears at the bottom of the page.
  • Mozilla Firefox
    1. Open the Tools menu (or press the Alt key if the menu is not visible).
    2. Select Options.
    3. Go to the Content tab.
    4. Uncheck the box for Block pop-up windows.
  • Safari
    • From the Safari menu in the top-left corner, select Block Pop-Up Windows.
    • Another option: go to Safari –> Preferences –> Security and uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
