Calendar

The Calendar allows teachers to see school events and staff absences in both monthly and weekly views. You can filter entries, switch between views, and create new events directly from the calendar.

The Calendar displays:

  • School events
  • Teacher absences

You can browse events by scrolling or switching views

The Calendar supports two main views:

Monthly view

Shows all entries for the selected month.

Weekly view

Shows events and absences with an hour-by-hour layout.

 

Filters

Use the filters above the calendar to show or hide specific types of entries:

  • Events
  • Teachers’ absences

Click the filter buttons to toggle them on or off.

 

Add an event or teacher absence from the Calendar

You can create new entries directly from the Calendar.

  1. Click Add in the top right or click on a timeslot from the Monthly or Weekly view straight from the calendar.
  2. Select Add event or Add teacher absence.
  3. Fill in the modal and save.

Open event or absence from the Calendar

Click any event or absence to open its modal.
You can edit or delete it if you created the entry.
