Workload Report

The report shows the lessons and substitutions entered by the teacher for each journal: both the substitution lessons given and the lessons where the teacher has been substituted.
When you select a teacher and period, the workload for that month (lessons entered in eKool) is displayed.
The table shows the following for each journal:
- Added to eKool – lessons entered by the teacher.
- Was substituted – lessons taught by another teacher.
- Substituted – lessons where the teacher was a substitute teacher.
Good to know!
The school year workload can be ordered as a separate report, which may take some time to compile. The completed report will remain on the teacher's page for subsequent years.
The Planned column shows the number of lessons specified in the subject card for the academic year or course.
Lesson Description Report
The report shows the lessons entered in the journals. Teachers can only see their own lessons and the lessons in the journals where they are currently teaching.
The following information is displayed for each journal:
- name and associated teachers
- number of lessons completed/planned
- number of homework assignments and tests
Clicking on the journal name opens a list of lesson descriptions with the name of the person who entered the lesson.

In addition, the number of lessobs entered is displayed:
- before the date of the lesson
- on the same day
- up to a week later
- more than a week later
Locked Journals Report

When the teacher has finished working with the journal (the school year or course is over) and all grades have been entered, the journal must be locked.
Locking fixes the journal – it can no longer be changed.
Locked journals report shows the status of the journal. The report displays:
- Journal name
- Teachers associated with the journal
- Lock status
Old Journals Report
You can search archived journals from previous school years via the archive.

The list of journals found shows:
- Journals as a table – class list and journal entries; grade comments are added to the document as notes;
- Lesson descriptions – report on lesson descriptions;
- Homework – list of homework assignments.

The linked grades are accompanied by comments, which can be opened by clicking on the grade.
